Calling all 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders
Who want to have some fun!
M&M's! Meaningful Movies, Munchies and Moving!
Come join Dody once a month for group bonding activities with a party!
March 7th 2pm-5:30pm
In Room 6!
We’ll watch “BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA” and have a discussion. We will paint boxes to spruce up our classrooms and walk to Cornucopia to pick up some snacks!
April 11th 3pm-5:30pm
In Room 6!
We will watch the movie “Earth” and discuss some of the things we can do to help God take care of the earth, work on the garden patches by the playground and eat smores with the Youth!!
May 16th 2:30-5:30 at Mt Pisgah!
We will hike Mt Pisgah, learn to use a GPS, draw nature pictures and have a Picnic Party! Rainy day plan is to meet at the church and play games and watch “The Tale of Despereaux”.

| This is an exciting and fun educational opportunity for all ages! John Pitney will be speaking on the interaction between faith and sustainable living. There will be 13 different workshops to choose from including some led by Patti Hine, Jan Becker and Penny Palmer. Youth will meet with James Ralston, program director for Camp Magruder. Children will visit Wildlife Safari and participate in a “zoo school”. |

| Concerts at First presents: The Cascadia Clarinet Quartet, |

| comprised of professional players from Eugene and Corvallis, in a highly eclectic program. |

| Symphony members Carol Robe and Mike Curtis founded the quartet three years ago to highlight the many capabilities of the clarinetfrom dixieland and klezmer to Brazilian samba and classical. Other members of the quartet are Nicoleen Willson, graduate teaching fellow in clarinet at the University of Oregon, and Erica Strandberg, a recent transplant from Alaska now playing in the Corvallis Symphony. |

| They will play works of Gershwin, Albéniz, Victoria, Paul Harvey, traditional folk tunes arranged by Curtis from Greece, Brazil, and Bulgaria, and even a jazzy version of Flight of the Bumblebee. Free will offering. |
